Each filter should be wrapped

The filters are thrown in a box with no wrapping on them. So they sit in my laundry room collecting dust before I use them. If they dont start wrapping them In protective plastic I will probably switch back to my old filter company.

Patsy did a great job of helping with the return. Unfortunately you do not carry the thinner Lennox filter (4.3). So I had to order elsewhere.

Noticed an immediate improvement in air qualitydust and allergens are significantly reduced, and the airflow remains strong. They're sturdy and fit perfectly in my HVAC system. Great value for the performance they deliver. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance indoor air quality!

Well made, good quality filters

Well made, good quality filters. My past orders had white filter material. My latest order uses blue material. The blue looks odd (and somewhat clashes) with a white ceiling. Also the darker material will make it harder to determine when its time to be replaced. I took off one star for the blue color.

Why change to random colors?

The color of the filters are the main issue I have with these. I didnt think it would have been a big issue, but with the white ceilings, it really is an eyesore. Also, the fitment was just slightly too small, so a lot of wind noise is happening.
