The filter I purchased was smaller than my return; therefore, each time the H/V/AC turns off & on, it jiggles and moves making a noise. I'm disappointed.

The filters were too small. Useless . The size they are is not the what is on there. They are like 1/8 of an inch too small.

The filters arrive on time, every time and it feels like I'm part of a luxury club. I set up my account and autoshipmnet once, and boom. Never have to think about filters again. And it's an American made product which is always a plus.
