Filters were either mislabeled or VERY poorly made

I purchased MERV13 filters but what I received looked more like MERV8. The company did refund my money but I wish I had heeded other critical reviews. These filters were either poorly made or mislabeled. I suspect they are terrible quality, which is why they are so cheap. Do yourself a favor and get the 3M filters that are known to be good quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FILTERBUY.

Recently started using Filterbuy when I had a hard time finding my (apparently) odd sized filters. Its a much easier and less expensive experience which allows me to buy more at a time and change the filters more frequently. And I love that they are Merv 13

5" filters are both elusive and very specific in size (need Actual size vs Generic size). Filterbuy made that selection very easy!

I order different sizes for different uses and the quality is great. I even needed a specific size to fit a desktop filter I use for carving and it was easy to order the exact size. I will be ordering again. Thanks.

I really like these filters. Theyre very well made & well priced. The amount of dust they pick up is quite surprising. I can absolutely tell a difference in the air quality in the house. I also like that theyre delivered. Ill continue to buy from this company.
