I bought these on an air filter sitting beside my unit and forgot that I had replaced the handler. I needed to buy the 20X20X1! Can I return these. Unopened.The ones I ordered were correct and look good. My bad!

Have used these filters from this company for over a year. Bought an upgrade just to see if I liked it better. Others worked just fine but now I have a long haired cat. Just started using them but sure they are as good or better.

Bought 4 filters to last 1 year. They were not individually wrapped, so I had to wrap them to keep them clean. All other filters I purchased from you in the past were wrapped in cellophane. And what does letter A mean after filter size?
