Defected one filter, took care of the problem within 10 days the filter was replaced with a new one without any problems

I was charge to much for a standard size filter. Do not send more if you can not reduce the over priced filters

I am a first time buyer and I am very pleased with the filters I purchased.The quality is as good or better than the Filtrate brand in my opinion and for less money. Another important factor is that it is made in the USA.
