Dimension Alert!

I purchased 16x25x4 filters for my furnace. I didnt realize the actual dimensions are the more important detail to notice, and the new filters are significantly narrower in actual size. I will exchange the unused filters for the larger dimension. An expensive lesson.

I am happy with this company and purchase the filters as needed for the year. They are accurate with the orders and ship them in a reasonable time frame so I do not run out. I am unable to tell how well they work but my system seems to be happy so far and this is the third year I believe that I am ordering them from this company. No complaints and every reason to be satisfied.

Good Price But

We have purchased by Filterbuy in the past, and always appreciated the price point. With these MERV 13 thick filters, we noticed that the spacing of the baffles is very irregular compared to what you would find in the Filtrete by Honeywell. The latter have cardboard spacers that Keep the baffles uniform. The Filterbuy product does not, and so they are either bunched up or too spaced out, which I am sure negatively affects the filtering and filter life.

Disappointed

I ordered these filters because the price was good but when I got them I was disappointed in the quality. The pleats are uniform. I hope it still does the job because I ordered three of them. Wish I could post a picture to show you what they looked like so you could make an informed decision.

You Cheated me. I paid for 4" filter, and you sent me 3-1/8". The #M filter I sed to have said 4" and it was 4". I will not buy any more filters from you and I will tell my friends about this experience.
