Good filters but very annoying marketing

I would give this a five star rating if Veteran/Military discounts was offered. And I received the filter slightly damaged with the rapping a little ripped off, but I kept it because the outer cardboard part of the filter and not the filter itself being damged

This seems silly and unnecessary. I know youre trying to show interest in your customers but what am I supposed to say about my purchase, can I tell whether Im breathing cleaner air, is the unit functioning more efficiently, theres no way for a homeowner to know.

I loved the price the only concern is are this filters comparable to the Honeywell because I noticed that this filter is not as w thick as the original Honeywell brand I dont want to mess up my unit
