Uneven spacing on pleated filters

Company definitely has quality check issues. Ordered 6 pk of 4 wide pleated filters. Pleats are so much closer on ends of filter and middle section is very wide, making filters least efficient for air to pass. I had same issues on my earlier purchase couple years ago. This is my 2nd time buying filters thought 1st was just fluke. I guess no more buying. See the pictures attached.

We ordered special dimensions and had a very hard time getting them in place; had to bend the cardboard but finally got them in.

Under sized let's dirt go by.

Doesn't fit my box 16x25x4 but their filter is under size allowing dirt to go by. One thing noticed is more dust. Unlike my other filter I used. I won't buy these. Sad to say these are made usa but what a shame.

Good price, poor quality

I was tired of paying name brand prices, so I thought I'd give Filterbuy a try. Purchased a 2-pack; both filters had very uneven pleat placement & filters were undersized when compared to their name brand counterparts.

You changed package saying it was to help people know which filter they need, really! we are not stupid, you changed to go cheaper in materials inside and out of the filter. I still had a new last year filter I bought from you and the pleated inside is clearly thinner material but your price did not go down. You do not change packaging without lesser quality. . Sad Sad I am not stupid. . . Shame on you. Greed over quality like every company in this country you fit right in. People in America lose again. I should be used to it by now.
