Usually very good, but this time the box must have bent, because most had an indentation derp enough to rip the cardboard side.

Filter size is actually thinner, not 4, so it fits but is not snug allowing air to leak past it.

I bought 16x25x4 but the filters sre under size and dont fit properly, the air flow can go around the filter. Im not happy with the purchase
