Everything was great and easy. Only thing a little disappointing is I ordered a 24" x 27" and it came a half inch shorter on both dimensions...so there is a gap in the furnace.

Hard to find - great price

When my AC unit needed a new filter, the large hardware stores had only 1 filter that size - which the HVAC tech did not recommend because it was so dense it would create extra strain on the AC unit. I found the correct size filter in several densities, including the one my tech recommended. The filter was easy to find on the website, check out was simple, and the filter was delivered safely and promptly. I will purchase from you again.

The price is awesome....delivery perfect BUT. I purchased 20x20x4.....which is the normal size used and it was a very tight fit . it wasn't a smooth installation. I think I even tore the filter but didn't want to pull it out. I will check it next month when it needs to be changed. So the size fit is not exact!
