I measured the incorrect size, however, my son was able to assist in making it work. So, I would have to say your product is just fine and I am not coughing as much... I would have to say thank you for your product... And, you may think a filter is not that exciting, however, it removes dust an allergens, so give yourself some credit.Best regards,B.E.

Filter is supposed to be 25X20X4, it is actually 25X20x3. Doesn't fit securely.

I like it very much because I didn't have to alter it and my filter was the right size. Stores I've purchased filters from never had the right size for my heater and I ALWAYS had to alter whenever I bought a filter. Thank you.
