some of the filters came stained and dirty on the frame. looks like someone's return. came unsealed and not acceptable. I called to complain and no answer. left a message and no call back. not a good experience

I haven't tried the filters yet. They did arrive as promised. I always find the sizes confusing. It may help to understand what sizes will fit what I need. Does one eighth or one quarter difference in the size matter to the functioning of the filter?

The filters are great. Do not let them deliver them outside. Put them under a porch or carport. Mine got rained on, and the filters are not packed in plastic.
