I received my odd size filters 19.5x30 fast and they fit perfect. I have another odd size 13.5x 36 I will be ordering when my supply runs low.

I have odd sized filters, so i can never find them in traditional stores. Ordering my custom size was easy and they arrived long before I'd ever have time to go shop for them.Very pleased

I love FilterBuy! My furnace filters are an odd size. When I could not find them is stores, I turned to the internet. They are cost effective. Automatic shipments are wonderful! It is easy to forget to change your furnace filters, but the reminder e-mails change everything! Keeping my furnace going strong!

The filters appear to be basic filters that should be changed every 3 months or so. Not sure the cost benefit will pay off if that is the case. Convenience is nice but we are concerned about quality.

The 20" filter was actually 21 inches and didn't fit my filter space. I have to return.

Overall Im very satisfied but your website is not really very easy to use. I couldnt setup a profile before placing my order. I would have given 5 stars if the website was easier to use
