The filters don't fit

The filters sized 20x25x5 are actually 1/8 larger so don't fit. Poor marketing and I won't recommend this company.

Purchased filters for our three a/c units all different sizes. Had a slight issue with sizing but they resolved quickly and professionally. Would use them again without hesitation.

Filters a bit smaller than other filters of rated size I have purchased in stores. Not sure what standards there are on rated size.

These filters have a good cardboard frame around the pleated media, unlike what I'm finding in my local hardware store. They fit perfectly and keep the dust out of the a/c coil.

Love being able to order on line, receive a top notch made in the USA product very quickly. I change my filters more often now and my AC runs more efficiently and air seems fresher.
