I made an ordering mistake and for a reasonable fee I was allowed to get the correct size for my system they were immensely helpful in making that happen.

Couldnt find the size filter needed at any big box store or local hvac supply outlet. Got the filter needed and will order more in the future. 13 individual hp units in the church with multiple different sizes.
