I think I made a mistake and ordered 20 x 25 x 4 filters. I should have typed in 20 x 25 x 5.Does that one inch in the filter make much of a difference? So much of a difference that I should swap them out?I like your service and have recommended it to my neighbor.

The clear exterior plastic wrap

The clear exterior plastic wrap on the outside of the filter boxes was torn - thereby allowing un-wanted dust to get to my new filters - if this keeps happening, then I will b we forced to choose Loews or Minards filters

The time taken to receive

The time taken to receive the filters was super-fast. I think it was the next day after I ordered them. Also, it is difficult to find locally the size that I need for my furnace, so getting them from Filterbuy is very convenient. The larger the quantity that is bought, the cheaper the price per filter which makes for a good deal.
