Misunderstanding of shipment schedule.

I was needing some furnace

I was needing some furnace filters on a Sunday afternoon. The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful and kind! I was so happy so kind and easy to work with. Plus he was there on a Sunday afternoon! He explained the numbering on the filters. He helped me order 4 furnace filters. I had already had difficulty with the website ( my fault -I usually go to all brick and mortar stores and hand pick everything. ) He was able to quickly and with much efficiency get my correct size filters! Thank you for such great service!
