A little smaller than the advertised 16x20. Makes it easier to install.

Cancellation was submitted years ago. Now it seems that your sales department owes you answers to how I am still on this subscription

Fitment is poor.

Size is about 1” off on both sides.
Measurements should be much better than that.
Price was good and filter still works but have to wonder if it might be bypassing slightly.
Not impressed based on first impression.

Pleasantly surprised

I waited a while to use the new filters since I had just replaced them. I didn’t even open the box. I did the filter change today and opened the box and was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and well constructed the filters were. I’ll tell you more about their performance when my next filter change comes up.

Filter is bigger than what was posted and had to cut it down to fit. Will not buy from you again.

Purchased a 3 Month supply for our home. We prefer to purchase in bulk. The price for the 6 filters was cost effective was great compared to our local big box store! The filters fit just as they should. The MERV 11 rating was recommended per the manufacturer, I like that it will support our home needs by filtering out dust and allergens!
