This was my first buy of filters anywhere since I just purchased a furnace/HVAC. I researched the top five search companies and realized quality in some was not as good as others. I landed on FilterBuy Since the site had some educational articles as well as its quality of brands and price. It was an easy process for ordering after that.

I purchased 12 filters from you last Nov? But they were merv 8s. See that I need 11's to filter out smoke. So I'm ordering additional now.
