Too small for size ordered

The service excellent; however, the filters are too undersized to properly fit. 16" is actually 15 3/8". That leave a 1/2 inch gap allowing air to bypass the filter. That's just one side as an example. I measured the opening as 16x25x4, and that's what I ordered. Why send a filter with reduced dimensions?

Uneven pleats

The pleats on the two filters I bought are very uneven. Some of the pleats are touching each other basically making the pleats closed and nonexistent. Other pleats are stretched out flat. Poor quality control

Too small

I bought 4 filters for future use. I am worried the filter will be bypassed since it is much smaller than the one I replaced. Would like for you to replace with 20 x20 x 4 filters not smaller than that!

My Mistake

I'm a big fan of promoting products made here. The only issue with the filter was on me. It's a little smaller than the 4 x 20 x 24 I usually purchase. I'll have to move up to the 25" filter the next time.
