The only issue i have

The only issue i have is when i was buying the filtrete filters it was a perfect fit. When i use the filterbuy filters its about a half inch too small. So i have to make filler strips to keep my furnace from sucking in dirt.

It looks like very little

It looks like very little attention is made to spacing the pleats evenly throughout the filter. I, in fact, wonder if Filterbuy sent me factory seconds or "irregular" filters. The gaps from point to point on the pleats varied from tight to 1.5 inches. They were glued in that position. Is that your normal quality? I spent several minutes trying to straighten them out, only somewhat successful. Please explain this to me.

Check the actual size before purchasing make sure there are no air gaps that allows dirty air by.16x30x4Actual Size: 15 3/8" x 19 3/8" x 3 3/4" Original size 15 15/16 x 19 3/4 x 3 3/8Usually theres a lip on the backside of the box that the filter gets sucked up against. This case shouldnt be more than a 1/4 smaller at all.
