We bought this filtration system 2 years ago For allergies ; have been purchasing Honeywell Filters through your company. We receive filters quickly, notification on arrival is accurate. During this pandemic we are glad we upgraded to these larger filters.

Filter defective, going to request replacement or refund

Filter fits perfectly, however it was defective and/or broken when I plugged it in. There is a green light indicating power to the filter The green light is not on, however I checked the plug with my voltage meter and there is power going to the unit.
