The top of 1 of the filters was bent slightly, but I think it will be effective when I place it. I expect it happened during careless handling.

I was having allergies to tree pollen and after i changed my filter to this one my symptoms went away. I had been using MERV 13 filters from another site but these one are better

I ordered two 20x20x5 filters for my Lennox furnace/ac and it didnt fit. I took the numbers off the old one before I ordered yours. I had been excited to try yours. I tried to contact you, but got no answer.
