You send me an email supposedly seeking my level of satisfaction with your product. The only issue being you've already given yourselves "5" out of a possible best "5", stars. These filters are much less

These filters are much less expensive than buying them locally. They work fine. My air conditioner is 26 years old and part of the reason it's lasted this long is I change the filter every 3 months.
