The filters appear to be basic filters that should be changed every 3 months or so. Not sure the cost benefit will pay off if that is the case. Convenience is nice but we are concerned about quality.

The 20" filter was actually 21 inches and didn't fit my filter space. I have to return.

Overall Im very satisfied but your website is not really very easy to use. I couldnt setup a profile before placing my order. I would have given 5 stars if the website was easier to use

The other filters I buy fit snugly in my unit. The ones I got have at least a quarter inch gap, so the air goes around the filter.
