You always send 17x21. 5x1This is the wrong size but I guess you feel we should make it work.

The filter I purchased was smaller than my return; therefore, each time the H/V/AC turns off & on, it jiggles and moves making a noise. I'm disappointed.

The filters were too small. Useless . The size they are is not the what is on there. They are like 1/8 of an inch too small.
