The filters do not fit

The filters do not fit my system. They are labeled 20x25x5 but are a different size than the 20x25x5 in my system and are too large for my system. They are a lesser quality and less substantial than the one I am replacing. I now have 2 filters I cannot use. My existing filter is 197/8 x 243/4 x 43/8Roy Hamlyn
