Cardboard frame thinner

I just replaced my Skuttle filter with the Filterbuy filter.The cardboard frame is thinner and the filter started toclasp as I was putting it in the furance. Got the filter in the furance, but it took awhile.

WRONG DIMENSIONS

The description says 20 20 5 but in reality it adds a 1/4th inch on each so it wouldnt fit. Would appreciate a refund because I had to go buy another filter

replacement filters

Will be using Filterbuy again. Needed filters. 20x25x5 are not at your big box store. Our HVAC company changes out filters when doing routine maintenance for no charge. Not this size. They usually have them on the truck but charge accordingly. We purchase our own filters and have them replace the old filters. Filterbuy has great prices. Highly recommend them.
