Sizing issue

The 20x26x5 is a replacement for Lennox PCO3-20-16. This should be actual size 20" x 25-1/2" x 4-3/8". Yours does not fit! Seems every other online filter supplier provides the correct actual size. Does Filterbuy carry it under a different nominal size?

They cobbled together 2 filters that were different sizes. None of the sides were even or the same shape. They promptly apologized and sent out another filter. This one was made the same way. These are not usable filters. Do not waste your time buying custom filters from these amateur's. If you can't make a custom filter then don't.

My first attempt at ordering filters was a disaster on my part because I mistakenly assumed there was an industry standard for sizing. With the help of this wonderful company they helped order the correct size and credited my inaccurate purchase cost to the new filters. 5 stars plus!!!!

Repeat order for custom size filters for our furnace. They work great and we replace every 6 months to manage the air quality in our home. Made in America too!
