These are nice filters and I really wanted to work with this smaller company. However, I ordered our usual size and it was way too small. It was complicated figuring out just what size would actually work for our 16x24x4 filter. There is a fee to return the wrong-sized filters and I decided to move on.

20244 Are Smaller than advertised

Cost was good but filters are smaller than the large print on box and fall thru the holder. So they are useless to me and the pleats see to be off so I'll be going back to the April Aire filters. You get what u pay for

The size is about 3/8 short to cover the height of the opening, It is not 4 as advertised. Very disappointing
