Air Flow Arrow is pointing in wrong direction on filter. When contacting Co. they were aware of problem but informed me that all was good with filter air flow. I still do not feel real good about this product in that it is not defective product. Was not offered a replacement with correct Air flow. Now stuck with a filter that not marked correctly but being told it is from the sales department?

The filter appears to be doing a good job filtering out fine particles, it has been installed for 3 weeks.

I have two Trane air handlers for my forced air system which covers over 4000 sq ft. I typically replace these every 6 months or so. This is my second round of purchasing these filters and they do the trick. A little more expensive than some of the other options but you have to pay for quality sometimes and I am ok with that.

Your web page said to measure but I assumed that the measurements on the old filter were correct...they werent. Your measurements are exact ant that being said, the filters dont actually fit. I was in a bind so I made one of your filters fit into the old filter frame. It isnt the best but your filter material is doing an awesome job. I would like to return the other three filters...its really difficult to make 5 inches fit inside a 4 5/16 hole! Please let me know how to return. It was my mistake, not yours!
