So Easy

I have to say this was the easiest process to get a new filter for our A/C unit. I had waited for my husband to take care of this, but you know how that goes, then one day I saw the FilterBuy ad and decided to call and order. One thing you do need to do is make sure you have the correct size when ordering, my first attempt was my mistake - too small. But the folks at FilterBuy were so helpful when I called them and quickly corrected it for me and within a few days the correct size one was there. My only wish is that they also installed them, had to wait a few more days for the hubby to install it, but when he did it fit like a glove and I will definitely be calling them to set up a replacement schedule for the filters. So glad I tried them, and others will be as well. Keep up the awesome work.

Great quality filter (MERV 13 Replacement for Lennox 20x25x5) at the best prices that I have seen on the web or in stores. In addition, I really like the auto fixture allowing me to receive automatically my replacements every 6 months.

Fit a little tighter then the factory filter. Appears to be a quality filter and much cheaper then my local stores.

Had to order 3 times and the last order was custom cut. Now that I know this is what needs to be done it should be easier. I have been ordering for several years so I found this to be very frustrating that things changed.
