Buying was easy

The only issue I had was that the packing of the filter had no packing materials and when I seen that the box it came in was slightly crushed I hoped that the filter wasnt too ! Both filters were slightly crushed but still able to fit and do the job. Had they not fitted due to being crushed I would have had a problem. Since I worked for UPS for 36 yrs I know how to use packing materials to protect parts. Maybe you should consider foam and bubble wrapping.

Not the best fit

I ordered a Carrier 20x25x5 filter and its JUST a little too tall, so I had to shove it in a little. Also, there arent any finger grips to get the filter out, so Im dreading taking it out to change.

Good price, but...

I thought the price was too good to be true as the total cost was significantly less than most other outlets. However I soon understood why when the filters folded like an accordion during installation. Now I as m going to have to buy new filters from the manufacturer as I know these will withstand installation. Very frustrated that I fell for such cheap filters..
