While I was expecting a Honeywell filter as that is how it was described, what I got was filters made by the sellers. They were not up to the expected standard.

Filter wrong size

My Lennox unit is only a year old and so the filter you offer is greatly under sized the filter that came with unit is 201/4-253/8-51/4 yours is 197/8- 243/4- 43/8 I can see more air going around filter than through it so now I need to get a filter from dealer or custom made to me your not keeping up with the size of the new units so youre standard sizes are out of date I called and Megan was very nice and refunded my purchase For filter was no good thank you for your time Victor M Michaels

Since Honeywell went to 3" thick filters, one of the few places you can get the extra filtration of a 5" filter

As stated " filters aren't the most exciting product in the World". Really can't fairly rate until approximately 6 months after installation to see how much dust was trapped. Meanwhile, appears to be just an ordinary filter.

This is a Honeywell style filer

Not actually a Honeywell filter, the page provides no indication of this, so fair warning if you, like me, are thinking that a Honeywell filter is in the mail. It is just a generic filter with 5" pleats instead of the normal 3" pleats. Fewer pleats than a actual Honeywell filter. The filter material is yellow instead of Honeywell's white, not sure if that means it is a different material, just an observation.

Ive been purchasing these filters for the past 4 yrs. everyone in the house has allergies and we have pets, but the filters do what they are supposed to do at a much cheaper price.
