Great service. Received our filters in a timely manner. We immediately benefitted by installing a MERV 13 filter. Our allergies to high desert plant life are much less intense.

The filters do an outstanding

The filters do an outstanding job of keeping dirt, dust, and other particulate matter out of my air handlers. They fit perfectly. Originally I had purchased off brand 16x25x4 filters but they were not the same size as Honeywell 16x25x4 and had gaps around the edges which allowed air to flow around them. These filters are the correct size for my air handler.

I thought I was buying

I thought I was buying a Honeywell filter. It was a will-fit.I purchased a MERV 13 but nowhere on the filter did it have technical details or if it really was a 13. There was just a paper insert.Very misleading website.Also system cardboard and wire system Poorly constructed.
