Easy purchase for my needs. Would have given 5 stars, but the filters were a little dis-formed. Don't believe it was from shipping. They are still useable.

Great response to customer and very good quality of product! I would recommend their filters to my neighbors. The filters are bundled so I don't have to order one set and have to reorder too often.

We bought this filtration system 2 years ago For allergies ; have been purchasing Honeywell Filters through your company. We receive filters quickly, notification on arrival is accurate. During this pandemic we are glad we upgraded to these larger filters.

Filter defective, going to request replacement or refund

Filter fits perfectly, however it was defective and/or broken when I plugged it in. There is a green light indicating power to the filter The green light is not on, however I checked the plug with my voltage meter and there is power going to the unit.
