The Merv 13 is the

The Merv 13 is the highest grade you offer as a replacement filter for the Utravation high efficiency filter. It is not as good a filter as the OEM which has a carbon side and a high filtration surface on the other. Now I see why your filter is only good for 6 months as opposed to a year for the Ultravation brand. I have not used your filters yet as my OEM's don't expire until April. I will see how your filters do in comparison and reserve my critique until then.

As best I can tell, they appear to work fine. But how does one really know? They are replacing the filters in the house when we bought it new which were MERV 16. Those are difficult to find and more expensive when you find them. So we will see.

Got a second shipment today,

Got a second shipment today, which was meant to replace and incorrect first shipment. They are still the same WRONG size. Now I have seven filters that are of no use to me. (How come there were only three filters in this second batch?) Can you help me get this straightened out. I paid for four 15 x 25 x 5 filters. I now have seven 20 x 25 x 5 filters. Can you put someone on this and get it straightened out>

Great filter. I ordered this filter cause of covid. We do have animals and this filter is good for that. It's also good for mold and virus. I think I did well.
