Supposed OEM - but it doesn't feel that way

The filters didn't quite as tightly even though they were supposed to be for Amana - my type of units. The problem was in overall thickness - old ones were 5 1/4" wide - the new ones were only 4 3/8" wide. Sloppy Fit - Guess I should have checked actual vs nominal.

I had a problem with the size of the recommended filter for the model of furnace. I called and they took care of me ASAP! It was great turn around for the new (right sized) filter!
