Deep pleat filter construction quality Poor.

The construction of the pleats in the filters is quite poor. Some are glued very close together others are far apart. Equal spacing is what they should be to get the most filter area & make the filter efficient. I'm disappointed in the poor construction quality of these USA made filters. Filterbuy please look at your quality control on the FC40R1011 filters. It's not up to your standards. The purchase process & shipping was quick which was great.

Just put this filter in and seems to be working fine. It is a little more flimsy then the Trane filter however I will see how long it lasts.
