I really like the filters. The problem I have is that UPS dumped them in my driveway when it was raining. If I had not been home they would have been ruined. UPS could have put them on my porch, which is covered and dry. I really think FilterBuy needs to find a way to prevent issues like this.

Good filters but with a problem.

The filters are good but have two problems:1. The pleats are uneven. This doesn't influence performance of the filters I got but might if several pleats bunch together.2. The cardboard box that is supposed to go inside the return housing is slightly to large. I managed to fit the filters using manipulation and shear strength. Making the cardboard box 1/16" smaller would have solve the problem.

Merv 13 stamp is too small

Need a microscope to read that it is a Merv 13 filter. Ridiculously small and hard to find.
