I ordered the same filters I had ordered before, but they look very different. The previous ones were tan with wire woven in for support. The new ones are blue with no wire, just a cut out cardboard panel on the bottom for support. Probably cheaper to make. I hope they do the same job.

Apprehensive About Changes

I tried to order the same filters I have ordered on several occasions in the past, but now the filter media looks different and the packaging is different. They are still marked with the rating I ordered so I trust these filters will perform as well as the prior filters I used. Filterbuy is a good source for the size and rating of filters I use and I have had exceptional luck with the prior filters I purchased. I hope that continues.

So far so good. The assembly of the filter could be a bit more precise. The cardboard dividers in the folds of the filter media needed attention. I had to go through and press them down into the folds of the media so they wouldn't block air flow. This indicates sloppy assembly.
