The filters are great but how often am I supposed to change them? I received another box of them and haven't finished using the first box. My filters look brand new when I swap them out.

I have been purchasing my filters from them and they have always been of the best quality. they are very cost effective buying in bulk. And i get reminded when to order again so I never run out. That a great program.

We were VERY disappointed in

We were VERY disappointed in the lack of service. We gave the correct dimensions, you sent the filter with the correct dimensions printed on the filter, but the filter does NOT fit, it’s too big!!!!
When we called about the problem you indicated you wouldn’t help us to straighten the problem out and that’s the way it was left. Now we are out of 50 + dollars!!

I will NEVER recommend anyone to your company ever again!!!!!!!

It was great!, Quick shipment, like the quality and also like the extra comments that were sent about maintenance of the different A/C units we have. This is a company that seems to care about their customers.
