I received my order as expected. The filter fit perfectly. Only reason for a 4 star rating is I really dont know if if I got the MERV 13 filter media. No way to know for sure.

I had a new furnace installed and started using Filterbuy from day #1. I change my filter monthly and I am surprised at the dirt this filter pulls from the air. We keep a clean house with no pets and I can tell a big difference in the lack of dust that is on our furniture. This filter would be a great buy at any price.

So Easy

I have to say this was the easiest process to get a new filter for our A/C unit. I had waited for my husband to take care of this, but you know how that goes, then one day I saw the FilterBuy ad and decided to call and order. One thing you do need to do is make sure you have the correct size when ordering, my first attempt was my mistake - too small. But the folks at FilterBuy were so helpful when I called them and quickly corrected it for me and within a few days the correct size one was there. My only wish is that they also installed them, had to wait a few more days for the hubby to install it, but when he did it fit like a glove and I will definitely be calling them to set up a replacement schedule for the filters. So glad I tried them, and others will be as well. Keep up the awesome work.
