You keep sending me the wrong filters

The filters I need are for the Trion Air Bear The filters that you have sent me two time do not fit the Trion Air Bear. The Trion Air Bear filters actual size is 15-5/8 X 24-1/8 X 4-7/8 with 2 sets of foam strips on the top and bottom for better sealing of the filter when inserted.

Filters came in very good time, they were undamaged. Was 2 short, notified the CSR and took care of it immediately had them in 2days
