Filter will not last for 1 month

I brought the standard filter and because of air force inside the filter compartment the filter is not sustainable for a month. After 1 month the filter became delicate and try to be in tearing form.

I think I made a mistake and ordered 20 x 25 x 4 filters. I should have typed in 20 x 25 x 5.Does that one inch in the filter make much of a difference? So much of a difference that I should swap them out?I like your service and have recommended it to my neighbor.

The clear exterior plastic wrap

The clear exterior plastic wrap on the outside of the filter boxes was torn - thereby allowing un-wanted dust to get to my new filters - if this keeps happening, then I will b we forced to choose Loews or Minards filters

First order had one set the wrong size. Call the company and they were courteous and quickly rectified their mistake. So easy. Have used them before and will continue to use them.
