I have submitted multiple inquiries online to refund/exchnage for correct size and it's been weeks and no response. I will call them, but that's really terrible that they can't respond to a simple request.

So I have been buying 16x25x4 filters for years..just by the size on the filter..they fit fine and worked well..but your filters were thinner by an inch..WDF????sooooo I got the number off the filter cover plate and it converted to 16X25X5.not cool

14x18x4 filter was cut down from larger size and poorly reassembled. The filter element was not sealed to the frame on one side and there is a gap big enough to fit my whole hand through.

I ordered the wrong size which required me to call and talk to a gentleman by the name of Shannon. He quickly assisted me providing me the replacement part information along with the FedEx information. Id like to complement him on his assistance and I reminded him I am great. It was Great day to talk to a human being my matter was resolved with just one call

My new filters last 5-6 month. I bought 2. I will not need more filters for more than a year. MEAANWHILE YOU ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY WITH DAILY ANNOYING ADDS. PLEASE STOP OR I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM YOU AND I TRIED TO FIND THE DELETE BUTTON BUT THERE IS NONE I COULD FIND-AGAINST THE LAW
