Filter is not snug in its slot. Floats around the slot in the unit. The size provided is the correct size.

very disappointed in the filter.it is not close to the correct size. much smaller than 'my' 16x25x4 filters. it does not stay in the 25 inch side of my filter grooves. would you consider a refund?

Bought these for the first time and am extremely pleased. I will be purchasing them in the future. Made very well and were comparable in price. Ow I dont have to go to different stores trying to find the filters I need.
