Great price, relatively fast shipping. I have 2 complaints...1. The filters are not actually 16x25x4, so they don't fit tightly in my furnace, allowing air to go around them, which seems counter to the goal of having all the air filtered. PS. The filters I usually buy (Filtrete) fit very tightly in my furnace.2. 2 out of 8 of the filters were not what I ordered (Merv 8 instead of Merv 13). Probably won't use this company again.

We ordered two 16x36x1 Merv filters. So far so good. The filter fit like a glove and I guess its doing it job by looking at some of the dust and dog hair on it.
