My normal brand was not

My normal brand was not available so I tried Filterbuy. I counted only 15 pleats in the new filter compared to 21 in the one I was replacing. Fewer pleats are obviously lower cost in materials but also less effective. I hope my normal brand will become available again soon.

The nominal size is right for my furnace but the actual size was a half-inch too long! I cant get the cover closed over these filters.

I didnt buy the 16x16x1

I didnt buy the 16x16x1 filters; I bought the 16x20x1. That is why I didnt give a five.As far as actual order, it was easy to order and filters came quickly. I now have best filters for same price I paid at box store for a lower quality filter.So for the 16x20x1 purchase, I give a 5!

Not all 20X25X5 are the same size!

Filter is not a Honeywell filter nor it it the same size. The filters a lager than the Honeywell 20 X 25 X 5 filters and I had to crumple the end in some to get it installed. I would have requested a refund except I very much needed a new filter and the store where I usually purchased them had not had any in stock for sometime. The filter material itself seemed alright and if the size was correct I would have been satisfied. Also the filters did not have the double strips of sealing foam rubber the Honeywell has.
