Undersized 20x25x4 Filters

These filters are too small as they are substantially less than 20x25 and will barely fit in my HVAC units without falling through. I will use the filters I have and cancel any further purchases.

One of my filters had a gap at end where media was glued to cardboard frame. Had to break glue joint and reposition media and glue together with contact cement

The reason I chose 4 Stars and not 5 is because we selected the wrong one. I should have looked at our previous purchase 2 years ago but didn't realize I had an account. It's easy to misinterpret what you need. However, the people that worked with me to make the exchange couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. For that I would give a 5 star rating. I returned the wrong one yesterday via Fed Ex and am waiting for the new filter to be sent.
